ABOUT THE GREAT LAKES BLACK AUTHORS® ORGANIZATION

The Great Lakes Black Authors® (GLBA) was founded by Robyn C. Hill in 2018 as a regional conference for writers and reading enthusiasts to celebrate the literary contributions of African American authors.  The annual conference has drawn audiences and participants from all over the country who are excited to expand their networks, learn new writing techniques, and support emerging writers.  COVID-19 has brought us new advantages, while the annual conference has been postponed until February 2021, we have been able  to expand our services into new digital platforms!
